Refund /Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

We do not entertain any Refund or Cancellation as we are not selling any product This is a service oriented Company so after taking service means(taking admission or completion of course or certification) it is not possible to refund you as we cannot take back what you learn and earn certificate from us.
  2. Yes in case if your payment is stuck while making payent due to internet issue then you have to send us the details or inform us via call/ whats app +91 9051767274 or email us admin@skgov.in then we will investigate the issue with our payment gateway partner and support you from our end.
